Is it..

An arm out of butt hole?... Well that is little bit.. alternative..
This should be a combat stance.. But more likely it looks like it is marking a territory.. though aggressively... :)

Actually, I was thinking more on the lines of having for arm/leg hybrids, without any distinct posture. It's kinda haphazard.

Well..

Quite good.. but only quite, in my opinion, it is way to flat.
Nose shadow could be softer and the throat shadow should be way darker and have more of a contrast.
